My Daily Routine!

 Hey Y'all! 

I get a lot of questions about what makeup I use and my skincare routine

so I thought I would share what I use on a day to day basis. 

Let me tell you about my foundation! 

Over the past 4-5 years I have tried foundation after foundation after foundation and was never really happy with any of them no matter how expensive or how "flawless" they were supposed to be. 

I splurged and bought a YSL foundation and it still just was not right for my skin. 

I have combination skin and its VERY sensitive. 

I ordered 3 different foundations to try online and ended up not liking any of them 

(shocking, I know.) 

At this point, I was stuck.

I was out of the one I was using and needed to return the new ones. 

I had to do something, I couldn't go a couple weeks without any makeup.

I ran by Ulta and grabbed something "cheaper" (if that is even a thing when buying makeup...)

I asked the sales associate what she recommended and she told me the same thing the other associate told the girl in front of me, Bare Minerals Bare Pro. 

I assume they were trying to fulfill some type of challenge to sell so many, 

so, tired after a long day, I said okay. 

She matched my color, which is another reason I am so picky with my foundation, there are few colors that do match me. 

I took it home with the mentality that there was no way I would like it. 

BOY was I wrong. 

I am now on my 3rd bottle and don't plan to change anytime soon. 

I also use the Bare Pro pressed powder to set everything. 

I am in the shade "Dawn 02"

Products I Use Daily

Before the Makeup - My Skincare Routine:

-I take off my makeup with Clinique Take the day Off Cleansing Balm.

-I wash my face with Dove Coconut Milk Soap Bar 

-I then use Origins United State Toner

-2-3 Days a week I finish up with Peter Thomas Roth FIRMx Peeling Gel 

*I also use my Clarisonic Mia 2 a couple of nights a week.

- I have been loving this Clinique moisturizer, I am on my 4th container now.
It is perfect for both day & night use!

Face Makeup : 

-Hoola Bronzer by Benefit 

-Nars Blush in the Shade Orgasm 

-Smashbox Spotlight Pallet in Gold (Highlighter) 

Eyes: 

-It Cosmetics No-Tug Waterproof Eyeliner in Black

 (My mom also uses this and loves the Navy option) 

-Benefit Roller Lash Mascara in Black (*ALL TIME FAVE) 

* I use a Vera Bradley Makeup Bag! It fits everything perfectly!
